Delivery Information

Postage

I aim to dispatch orders the next working day where possible, excluding weekends and bank holidays.

UK delivery is free. I use Royal Mail 2nd Class or Evri Standard Delivery depending on the size of the parcel. Standard delivery usually takes around 2–4 working days after dispatch, but this is an estimate and it may take longer at busy times such as Christmas.

If you’d like a faster service, you can choose Royal Mail Tracked 24 or Tracked 48 at checkout for an additional charge. Delivery times are estimates, not guaranteed arrival dates.

Packaging

I wrap each piece of jewellery individually in tissue paper and place it in an organza gift bag as standard. Many pieces also have the option to add a gift box. I use letterbox-friendly packaging where possible, though a gift box or larger order may need a parcel.
