Returns & Exchanges
I hope that you are completely happy with your purchase, however if you are not I do accept returns. Please carefully package the items and send them to my business address below;

Non-faulty items must be returned in their original condition within 7 days and I will happily issue a refund to your original payment account, any problems please contact me at hello@justmyjewelleryshop.co.uk
Please note any postage charges to return the items will be at your own expense, unless the item is faulty. Please ensure you obtain proof of postage. I am unable to accept any responsibility for returned items that are lost or damaged in the post. All returned items must be received in the same condition they were sent out in.
If you wish to exchange an item, I do not charge for re-delivery, just let me know what you want to do.
If you find your goods to be faulty I will send you a replacement at my own cost or refund the money to your original payment account. You may be required to return the items to me. Please notify me of any issues within 14 days so that I can resolve matter as quickly as possible.
